Naturally grown, grass fed/pastured, kosher, animal welfare/humane certified, integrated pest management sheep are born and raised locally. Sheep are Katahdins - a hardy meat (bred for taste, not wool!) breed developed in the US and very well adapted to Florida climate.
Grass fed sheep. Owners report they do use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our pastures.
